Spacious studio apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan (at E67th and 3rd Ave). The apartment has a large private patio/deck and in-unit washer/dryer. The sublet will be fully furnished (including deck furniture and electric grill), with dishes, cookware, sheets and towels provided. We will leave some personal items in the apartment (books, plants, etc) but will clear the closet space for the sublet. The building has a super on site in a neighboring building to address maintenance issues. Utilities are not included and usually run around $65 for electricity and gas per month in winter (water is included in rent) + $65 for internet. The neighborhood has several grocery stores nearby and is a 10 minute walk to Central Park. Our unit is the only apartment on the 7th floor and is very quiet. This is a 20-unit, 7 floor, walk-up building; there is no elevator. Therefore this apartment is not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

About This Lister

We have been renting this apartment since 2018 and love it. We will be abroad for work from the February 1 through April 30. We are looking for an individual or couple who will enjoy the place as much as we do and hopefully keep the plants alive (but no worries if you don't have a green thumb). We will do the initial screening of applicants but final approval is by our landlord.
