Spend the holidays at our gorgeous, sunny, 1500sf fully furnished 2-bedroom duplex, on the upper two floors of our townhouse, nestled on a sweet tree-lined street in Stuyvesant Heights in historic Bedford Stuyvesant. This warm and capacious duplex, which is accessed by going up one flight of stairs, sits on a quiet, landmarked block, and sleeps 5 persons comfortably.
There is a lovely living room, kitchen and a large dining room with an adjacent office space, as well as a very spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, another queen-size bedroom, a full shower/toilet and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Both the living room (which has a sofabed) and the two bedrooms have cable TV, and there is excellent WiFi throughout. All utilities are included. If you like yoga and tennis, make sure to pack your yoga mat and tennis racket so you can enjoy the park and playground next door.
We are 2 blocks from the C train at Kingston Throop, and 4 blocks from the A/C trains at Utica Avenue, with multiple bus lines nearby. Lower Manhattan can be reached in 20 minutes on the A express train. A supermarket and deli are steps away, cafés and restaurants are 3 to 5 minutes from our house, and it's a short walk to a pharmacy.
My husband is an artist and I'm a humanitarian worker and documentary filmmaker. We are the owners of the townhouse and live on the upper two floors. We're looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of our home whilst we're away, and will keep good neighborly relations i.e., no noise after 10pm, or parties with loud music. We consider dogs on a case by case basis, but I have a severe cat allergy, so unfortunately no felines allowed in any part of the house.

We require a government issued ID, references, a link to 2 social media profiles (AirBnB would also be great!), and a security deposit. A short-term lease agreement for the duration to ensure you and I are both protected.
