The loft is located in the third backyard, making it extremely quiet while being very central. It's only a three-minute walk to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, trams, cafes, restaurants, clubs (the famous Berghain is five minutes walk) - you name it.

This large space has 4-meter-high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and shower. There’s a cozy loft bed (single) and a comfortable living area with a massive sofa. The rest of the loft, normally used as a design and painting studio, will be cleared out for your use. The studio is bright, south-facing, with big, well-insulated windows, electric shutters, and a French balcony.

Ideal for a creative person wanting a quiet, spacious place in the middle of it all. The rent is 700EUR per week, including internet and electricity, with a 500 EUR deposit. It’s available from December 18th to February 28th, weekly or longer stays preferred but a daily rate can be arranged.
