About This Lister
Roommate is a (male) late middle aged working jazz musician who mostly plays gigs away from home. Occasional jam sessions at home but no surprises (i.e. these are scheduled ahead of time) or late nights, etc.

First month rent ($1300) plus one month rent as a deposit ($1300) due to move in. Utilities are $100/month extra (internet, electric, gas, etc.)
I've lived here for ten years, the landlord is very chill, no major rent increases. To move out, I just need at least 60 days notice.
There is no lease to be signed, but there is an email Letter of Agreement that would be sent to you and you merely return it, affirming the Agreement. Looking for someone responsible, clean, and relaxed, who would stay ideally at least 6 months, or longer.
