Identity Information. Such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
Login Credentials. Such as username, password, or other information for authentication and account access.
Profile Information. Such as posting history, listings that you have saved or appear to be interested in, and membership status.
Recruiting Information. Such as personal information necessary to consider you for a job opening, including your employment history, resume, transcript, references, and responses to questions related to your application.
Employment and HR Information. If you are a current or former employee, contractor, or applicant, we may collect contact details, Social Security number, government IDs, tax and banking information, compensation and benefits selections, emergency contacts, and employment-related data (such as your job history and resume), device/usage data for company systems, and background-check data (where applicable). We use trusted third-party service providers, such as for payroll, HR, benefits administration, and 401(k) plan services, to process this information on our behalf. These providers act as our service providers or processors and are contractually required to protect your personal information and use it only for authorized purposes. We collect limited sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, and benefits enrollment information) solely for employment-related purposes and do not use it to infer characteristics about individuals.
User Content. Such as feedback, reviews, photos, videos, survey responses, or social media content, that you post or submit. Please Note: If you provide us with the personal information of any party other than yourself (including a photo or video which includes someone other than yourself), you acknowledge and agree that you have that person’s consent for us to use the personal information which you share with us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Correspondence and Communications. Such as the content of messages or inquiries you send to us or other account holders including through e-mail, or support forms, feedback, survey responses, social media content, and photos/videos you choose to share with us.
Technical Data. Such the website from which you visited our website, e-mails you have opened, information about the equipment used to access our services including your device's operating software, your internet service provider, your internet protocol (IP) address and other device identifiers, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, and other technology on the devices you use to access the services. We also use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and support advertising and analytics.
Usage Information. Such as the features of our services which you use, the pages you visit, the e-mails and advertisements you view, the listings you view, the time of day you browse, your referring and exiting pages, and other similar information. If you choose to post a listing, we may also collect information about the listing, including photos you submit and any additional documentation we may request.
Financial Information. We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment through our services, your payment information (such as credit card number or billing address) is provided directly to Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy located at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Inferences. Profiles derived from your use of the services to personalize your experience.
Additional Information. Any other personal information you may choose to submit to us, including your phone number, website, or social media profile, if you choose to provide it.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law. However, in connection with our employment, payroll, and benefits administration, we may collect limited categories of sensitive personal information from our employees and job applicants — such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, and benefits enrollment information. We collect and use this information only as necessary to manage our employment relationship, comply with legal obligations, and administer payroll and benefits through trusted third-party service providers.
We request that, except as is necessary in connection with your employment, you do not share sensitive personal information with us or any other party through our services.

Service Providers. We share your personal information with our service providers to help us provide the services. Professional advisors. We may share personal information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, accountants, consultants, and insurers as necessary in the course of the professional services they provide us with.

Please note: Certain disclosures to advertising technology partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. Feedback, Testimonials, and User Provided Content. If you provide feedback or testimonials, respond to surveys, or provide other content, such as photos, videos, or information about listings, we may, in our sole discretion, use such content and share it with others.
Corporate Transaction. Your personal information may be disclosed to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Listings Project's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding.
Enforcement of Rights. Your personal information may be shared as necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
Security, Compliance with Law, and Fraud Protection. We may disclose your personal information as we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We also may share your personal information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, including suspected fraud and to protect the rights, property, life, health, security and safety of us, the services or any person or party.
Purpose Fulfillment. We may disclose your personal information to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us photos of a listing, we will publish those photos on our website.
Consent. We may share your personal information for any other business or commercial purposes disclosed to you and with your consent.
Please Note: We disclose employee/applicant information only to HR service providers, payroll processors, benefits administrators, legal advisors, and government authorities as required by law. We do not sell or share employee information for advertising.
We may use or permit our Service Providers to use aggregated information and information that has been de-identified or anonymized without obligation to you except as prohibited by applicable law. We may also, if permitted by applicable law, combine personal information with information which has been de-identified or anonymized. Should this occur, we will treat such combined information as personal information and will not attempt to reidentify it.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites and social platforms. These third party sites may use their own cookies, web beacons and other technology to independently collect personal information about you. We are not responsible for information on these sites, or for services or products offered by them. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Use of these sites, including transmitting your personal information to them, is at your own risk. The information that you share with these sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of these third party sites and not by this Privacy Policy. Listings Project uses cookies or other tracking technologies for various business and commercial purposes. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. The following cookies are used in connection with our services:
Operational. These cookies are essential in order for you to use our services, such as managing your Listings and membership status, as well as to access password protected areas, such as your personal account.
Analytics and Performance. These cookies collect information about how you use our services. For instance, they may track the images you click on as you visit our website and the amount of time you spend on particular pages of our website. They help us to understand what is important to our customers and enable us to provide a more personalized experience.
Customization. These cookies allow us to gather information on how our services are being used so that we can provide content that is relevant to you.
Targeting and Advertising. These cookies help us deliver advertisements that are more tailored to you and your interests, as well as limit the number of times you receive the same advertisement. We also use cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Some of the tracking technologies used in connection with our services are owned and operated by either our service providers or other third parties. Cookies and Pixels. You may always decline our cookies if your browser permits. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Please be aware that if you disable or remove tracking technologies, some parts of the services may not function correctly.
Browser privacy signals (Global Privacy Control). Some browsers and browser extensions can send privacy preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), that indicate a user’s choice to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We honor valid GPC signals and treat them as an opt-out request where required by applicable law. Some of the other parties that collect personal information from or about you on the services in order to provide more relevant advertising to you participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. This program offers a centralized location where users can make choices about the use of their personal information for online behavioral advertising. Communications
To opt out of receiving e-mail promotions from Listings Project, please follow the unsubscribe instructions in our promotional e-mail correspondence or contact us as described in the Contact Us section of this privacy policy. Please note that opting out of promotional communications from Listings Project does not affect our non-promotional communications with you, including those related to your account, or our ongoing business relations.
Our services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 without verifiable parental consent where required by law. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our website or through our services, register for an account or provide any information about yourself to us. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us for removal.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Nonetheless the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Additionally, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically over cellular and wireless networks that we do not control.
Listings Project is located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers partners, affiliates, service providers, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and might be accessed by courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in the United States or those other jurisdictions. operate. We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods depend on the nature of the data and our legal or operational needs. We may retain backups even after your data is no longer actively used.

Right to Appeal. If we deny your request, and you wish to appeal, you may appeal our decision. You may submit an appeal by emailing privacy@listingsproject.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at privacy@listingssproject.com. We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45–60 days). If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to contact your state Attorney General.
Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights listed above.
How to Make a Request
You can initiate a request by sending an e-mail to privacy@listingsproject.com using subject line “Privacy Request”. When processing your request, we may request additional information about you or your interactions with Listings Project to confirm or verify your identity or for security purposes before we can respond to your requests.
You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable law. Listings Project retains the right to request confirmation directly from you confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity. An authorized agent is prohibited from using your personal information, or any information collected from or about you for any purpose other than to fulfill your requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.

How to Make a Request
You can initiate a request by sending an e-mail to privacy@listingsproject.com using the subject line “Privacy Request”. Once we receive your request, we will validate the information you provide and send a message to the e-mail address you provide in the request, asking you to confirm your state of residence. Please follow the instructions in that email to provide that confirmation. We will begin processing your request once we have received that confirmation.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your rights under California law on your behalf. In order to do that, please provide the agent with written permission, signed by you, authorizing the agent to submit the request on your behalf. The agent must submit that written permission along with the request. We will contact you to verify your identity — and the authorized agent’s permission — before a response to the request is sent.
In certain instances, your request (or the request of your agent) may be denied as required or permitted by law.

Shine the Light
If you are a customer in California, in addition to the rights set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, you have the right to request information from Listings Project regarding how we share certain categories of personal information with third parties and/or affiliates for their own direct marketing purposes. To receive this information, send us a request at the address set forth in the section entitled “Contact Us”. Requests must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that Listings Project may provide this information in a standardized format that is not specific to you and is not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the provided e-mail address or mail address.
Postings Under Age 18
Any California resident under the age of eighteen (18) who has registered to use the Service and posted content or information on the Service can request that such information be removed from the Service by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address set forth in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy. Requests must state that the user personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view.
