We are a family of 3 originally from Australia. Two boys born in Manhattan are 11 and 13 years old. We love our community in Brooklyn. I am the owner and I live upstairs with my beautiful boys. I will be showing the space.

Credit that meets or exceeds 700 or above
Criminal background check. As we live above with children we are mostly concerned with violent crimes and any crimes that have hurt women and/or children. Minor misdemeanors don't count.
Prior residence and landlord reference to prove favorable tenancy.
