Refundable security deposit: $300, returned within 24–48 hours after checkout if no damages or missing items are found.

Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
No parties or events.
Guests must follow all building rules and amenity policies.
Lost key or fob replacement fee applies.
Apartment should be returned in reasonable condition at checkout.
