Our third bedroom is opening up as of June 1 and we are looking for the right person to move in. We have a beautiful brownstone apartment (2 floors, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pet friendly, with washer and dryer) with an incredible amount of space on a very quiet block in Bed-Stuy. We are looking for someone who is interested in signing this 12-month lease with us.

The room we are renting is on the top floor with south facing windows (the perfect type of light in our opinion) that overlook the backyards of the block. Brick walls. Full closet. Shared upstairs bathroom with a ton of space and extra storage.

The apartment is on a street full of families (one block away from a school) and community. We are a 12 minute walk to the A/C and 8 minutes from the J. Everything you need is within a block: Key Food, coffee shops, laundry (if you prefer a drop-off versus doing your laundry at home), deli, etc.

About This Lister

You'll be living with 2 females in their 30's who are very clean and tidy, love to cook (sometimes with a glass of wine in hand), love animals (we have 2 pet-friendly dogs and often foster other animals), and occasionally go on neighborhood adventures together. Ideally, you will also understand the basic tenets of having a shared space: cleanliness, respectfulness and privacy of individual spaces.
