My partner and I are relocating out of NYC for work and looking for someone to take over our lease for our 1-bedroom apartment at 66 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene near Downtown Brooklyn. We need to move June 1 so offering a big discount. It's the best deal in the building right now!

We’re offering a 1.5-month cash incentive once the lease assignment is approved and finalized. Approx effective rent over 9 months: $3,873/month.

This is a bright, west-facing 1BR on the 18th floor with great natural light and beautiful sunset views. The apartment is approximately 675 sq ft with central AC/heat, a dishwasher, and laundry in the building.

66 Rockwell is a full-service luxury building with a 24-hour concierge, package handling, rooftop lounge and sun deck, zen garden with BBQs and outdoor seating, full gym, yoga/aerobics rooms, resident lounge with chef’s kitchen and poker room, game room with billiards/air hockey/foosball, and on-site parking available.

The location is super convenient: close to Fort Greene, BAM, Barclays Center, Atlantic Terminal, DeKalb Market Hall, Alamo Drafthouse, restaurants, bars, and multiple subway lines including the 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R.

We’ve really loved living here and are sad to leave, but we’re hoping to find someone who will enjoy the apartment for the rest of the lease.

We’re Kirs and Emma, a couple relocating out of NYC for work after loving our time in Brooklyn. We’ve really enjoyed living at 66 Rockwell and have taken good care of the apartment, but we’re moving earlier than expected and are hoping to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as we have.

We’re happy to be transparent about the lease assignment process, send a video tour, answer questions, and coordinate with building management to make the transition as smooth as possible.
