I am looking for an outgoing, clean, responsible person to sublet one of the bedrooms in my spacious Clinton Hill two-bedroom ideally starting December 1st, but I am flexible with the move in/move out date. My current roommate of 2 years is moving out of town, so we are looking for someone to fill the space. I have been living here for over 13 years and it is an absolutely great place to live!

About me: Late 30's, I am a fabric designer for a well known corporation so I am kept pretty busy. I like to socialize with friends, enjoy cooking, a glass of wine, movies, music and knitting and am happy to teach you if you are interested. ;)

The Apartment:

- Two-bedrooms and one bathroom (approx. 800 square feet).

- FREE washer and dryer.

- Tons of natural light (window in every room).

- Fully furnished living room with full sized sofa, coffee table, etc.

- Dining area with eight person table.

- Spacious Kitchen with counter seating.

- Spacious bedroom - has window, closet. Lots of natural light.

- Utilities $100 per month and include Heat/Hot Water, Internet, Gas, Electricity. (Not needed if paying daily rate).

- B54 bus stop outside the front door.

- Bus to Williamsburg is a five minute walk away.
