1 bedroom available in a 2 BR apartment in Bushwick. The apartment is located 4 min walking from the Myrtle Wyckoff station (L and M trains). The room will be UNFURNISHED (you'll see one old photo when the room was furnished with a full bed. This is for you to have a sense of the room size!).

There is a HUGE private backyard in the back and a wooden deck where to sit outside. The bedroom measures 13' x 6' and fits a full or queen bed + a dresser or desk. The apartment also has a shared walking closet with ample space and a set of empty drawers available. Other common spaces are a cozy living room with backyard access, one ample kitchen, and one bathroom.

I'm looking for a roommate who is chill but can keep an organized home, and clean after themselves. I also have two pets - one small dog and a shorthair cat so a pet lover is required :)

I'm an artist/educator (mid 30’s) originally from Peru but I've been living in the city for some time now. I work a lot and I'm usually outside, but when I'm home I like to have quite time to relax. I would like to share some time with my new roommate though! Like chatting over some food or drinks would be nice.
