Cozy one bed 2 minute walk to the Clinton Washington C train, with laundry, dishwasher, private and very big outdoor space, in an elevator building. It has its own heater/AC. The space comes fully furnished. Length of stay is negotiable but would need someone probably as of March 15/16th.

The apartment is 3300+ utilities and internet.
