Classic spacious pre-war one-bedroom in accessible doorman building on the very best part of Central Park. The bedroom has northward, non-park views, is bright and wonderfully quiet, and is furnished with queen bed, sitting area, many books and some very hardy plants. The large living room contains two couches and office desk-space; the kitchen has a breakfast area, currently occupied by a desk. Water and Wifi included but there's no cable and no TV, and you're responsible for AC, which ranges from 75-180/mo in the summer. One dog welcome for an extra $300 cleaning fee, but I'm allergic to cats. Dates are flexible--willing to rent from three to eight weeks.
I'm a schoolteacher (she-her) who rents this beloved apartment; I'll be upstate and in Mexico.
Some references needed, along with full payment + one week security up front.
Building wants dogs under thirty pounds. No puppies.
