15th floor of a high-rise
Moving out on Saturday and needed to break my lease to do so, but management is allowing me to find a new tenant to re-lease (as in, this person would sign a new 12-month lease starting between 5/1 and 5/15 at my current rent).
Rent is $4495/month but because we're getting down the wire here I am willing to pay down one month of your rent (or your security deposit, or half a month of rent and half the security deposit) so the net effective rent would be $4120/month. You would need to apply through management. I will of course confirm with management that I will pay $4495 up front before you sign any lease. This deal is only available if you apply no later than next Monday 4/20 because my lease is ending that day and I will not be able to make this offer after it does.
Building is on the corner of Gold St and Johnson St, easily walkable to Fort Greene Park, City Point, and the following subway lines:
