Very spacious one bedroom apartment with tons of light. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. The laundry facilities are in the basement and are shared with other tenants.

The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood in a doorman building, just one block from Trader Joe's and one block from Central Park. There are tennis courts and running paths as soon as you enter the park on 93rd street.

This is a wonderful location with lots of great restaurants and stores nearby, including Whole Foods and Target just a few blocks away. The subway is also just a few blocks away.

The Metropolitan Museum, the Guggenheim Museum, and Museum of Natural History are all within a 15 minute walk.
