We are seeking 1 roommate to join our rent stabilized 3 Br apt in prime Prospect Heights steps away from 2/3 train.

Large bedroom that could fit a king bed with even more space! 3rd floor walk up with intercom, huge kitchen and living room with washer and dryer. Room will be unfurnished. No pets!

Live with 2 girls in their mid 30s. We love a get together but for the most part we enjoy quiet nights especially during the work week and would like someone who is the same. Looking for someone who is considerate, CLEAN, pays bills on time, and friendly (we are living together after all!)

Landlord requires a completed rental application, 2 pay stubs, state ID, and recent tax return. Guarantors are accepted.

Once application is approved, security deposit and first months rent are due.
