My partner and I are looking to sublet our spacious, quiet, light-filled 1 bedroom apartment in Fort Greene, Brooklyn for the christmas break. Ideally from the 13th of December to the 11th of January (30 Days).

Our lovely apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful brownstone right next to Fort Greene Park. A fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom layout, the apartment features hardwood floors, beautiful brownstone windows and tonnes of wardrobe space.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, a separate entertaining area with a three seater chaise sofa, coffee table, smart tv and hi speed wifi. Plenty of art on the walls and spots to work if needed too. The bedroom is enormous with beautiful windows and generous closet. Radiator works perfectly too. Apartment is nice and warm for this time of year.

The apartment also features a private fire escape balcony with views of the Empire State Building. A great spot to read or get a bit of afternoon sun.

It's on a quiet street just a few blocks from multiple subway stations (Lafayette, Dekalb & Atlantic Avenue) – only a few stops away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan.

Great cafés, bars & restaurants within a 2 minute walk, and Downtown Brooklyn only a 10 minute walk for all your shopping needs (Trader Joes, Target etc...)

Available from the 13th of December to the 11th of January 2026 (30 Days).
$200/night or if staying longer than three weeks, prorated monthly rent. 


$200 cleaning fee will be added to final total.
