My partner and I are looking for a roommate to join us in our large penthouse in Los Feliz. (Ideally for longer term / 6+ months)

The total space is about 2000 sq feet with 30 ft ceilings in the living room.

Located in an amazing central area, we are a short walk to two grocery stores and many restaurants/cafes. Also a 5 minute drive to Maru, Blue Bottle, Little Dom’s and other shops on N Vermont and Hillhurst.

My partner and I are both in our early 30s (30 & 33) and we are currently living between NYC and LA - we’re in LA less than half the year, as work projects come up. So we’re looking for someone who is responsible, tidy/clean as we are gone for long periods of time.

About the room:
Large Bedroom with a Queen size bed and dedicated bathroom. Room has a large closet and wall to wall shelving- great for clothing/ storage/ books etc.
