The rent is discounted to account for the fact that I will be storing things in the studio. Most furniture (desk, shelves, glass table, kitchen setup) can be moved to accommodate subletter's needs.

The studio is on the 5th floor of a historic multi-use office building and gets good light, especially in the mornings. The building is well run and has other artists in it as well as therapists, lawyers, designers, gyms, etc. There is no slop sink, only a shared bathroom sink. There are three passenger elevators, as well as a freight elevator with separate freight entrance. The space has a mini fridge, microwave, berkey filter and electric kettle.

Looking for someone reliable and considerate of the space and things I’ll be keeping there.
*Preference will be for artists working in non-toxic mediums.*
