Our 2-story home is beautiful, plant filled, and gets amazing natural light! 4 bed, 2 bath, private upper deck with seating area, lower backyard shared with downstairs neighbors.

Room fits queen sized bed and dresser. Open closet space. I currently only use half of it as closet space but the closet system pictured can be doubled.

I currently have a twin, desk and dresser that fit perfectly along the walls. Since this is the smallest room in the home you would also have a downstairs area all your own that I used as a home office (picture included with desk and bookshelves) but you can use as you wish.

Roommates would be 3 female professionals in their late 20s who met in college and have lived here for over 3 years:
Roommate 1: social, outgoing, nature and plant lover, loves to cook and host, family oriented
Roommate 2: caring, kind, work-oriented, family oriented, travels often so won't be at home much
Roommate 3: gamer, cosplayer, loves to cook and make bread (and share!), has respectful and quiet boyfriend who stays over a few times a week.

Net effective rent - 1254 until 08/31, then 1266.50 on 09/01-02/28

Until 08/31/2025 each roommate pays an even 1337.50 to the portal, but since this is the smallest room you will be given 334$ at lease signing making net effective rent 1254.
Starting 09/01/2025 each roommate pays an even 1350 to the portal and you will be given 501$ up front making net effective rent 1266.50.
I have no idea why they wanted to do it this way instead of just paying the portal actual amounts, but it's what we've been doing.
