Flat Tire Farms is a design-centric compound nestled in Upstate South Carolina, situated within the rapidly appreciating corridor between Greenville and Anderson.
Engineered for grand-scale creativity, the warehouse features six-inch-thick reinforced concrete floors and a driveway capable of accommodating large-scale sculpture, monumental paintings or immersive experiential installations.
Strategically located exactly 126 miles from both Atlanta and Charlotte, this modern estate seamlessly combines incredibly comfortable living with industrial-grade utility.
The property features a primary residence, complete with a resort-quality pool, and a 5,000-square-foot CMU warehouse with a dedicated loading dock. Throughout the compound, you will find architectural steel, poured concrete, premium porcelain tile, and hand-planed wood.
Framing the structures are pastures of wildflowers and honeybees (they can stay or be relocated). The fields are serene and can even be used to curate outdoor cultural events.
Handicap accessible with connecting sidewalks throughout the compound.

I am a creative director by trade, who has also built immersive commercial spaces/experiences. My husband is a robotics expert and together we built this home. We used natural materials like stone, marble, hand-planed wood, and steel. There are no LVP floors or vinyl windows.
We have to relocate due to our work. This is a creator's paradise with over 3 acres of wildflowers, 100 year old oak trees, and a gate that closes behind you. It really is a retreat that can hosts creative workshops and art showcases. We have hosted client offsite visits here as well as large events with friends and family.
