BEDROOM has a KING comfy mattress with a cooling duvet, and a changing room/closet.

The bigger room I made into an OFFICE so as to be able to fit the high end air mattress (included) for guests if need be. I use the desk as my vanity and workspace and its drawers for my clothes and beauty products. The closet has space for hanging and a ton of extra drawers. I’ll leave the printer in the closet for your use as well.

LIVING AREA - OPEN - the house is generally bright enough that i don’t have to put any of the overhead lights on until the sun starts going down.

The large dining table seats 7 at the moment, 8 if you bring in the office chair. I do a lot of my office work at the dining table with my white board for prep for work. And the vanity in the office for makeup tests etc.

85” smart TV with SONOS speaker for great movie/sports watching.

Utility closet has all the essential tools/electrical/cleaning supplies and such. Coat closet has a ton of shoe storage and i extra shoe storage in the entry bench as well.

SITTING AREA - two incredible cow hide chairs and sidetables with a small bar area and record player. (My record collection unfortunately had to be restarted so there’s only a small selection here at the moment)

KITCHEN - EAT IN, tons of empty pantry space, beautiful place settings to keep with the color aesthetic of the home and high end cutlery. All the basics for cooking and baking are equipt in the kitchen including spices/ingredients. Refrigerator has a brand new filter and makes ice. Dishwasher is brand new and is easy to run on an app.

This is my home. Some of my smaller personal items will still be in the home. Please be respectful of my things. I’m a very tidy and clean person and am searching for someone who doesn’t bring the party home, no smoking on the premesis,

Easy access to both 170 and 101, the NoHo Arts district is down the street. Train station is a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, bars, fitness options nearby. Centrally located to get to Hollywood in 10 minutes by car, Los Feliz in 15 minutes, Glendale in 18 minutes and Santa Monica in 30 (traffic depending of course)

I chose this location to be close to most of the sound stages I work at when I’m here in town.

I’m a makeup artist for film/tv who travels a lot for work. I use the listings project a lot and love feeling at home wherever I go. I moved here in November and furnished my home with what calms me and brings me joy; a neutral yet stylish environment that speaks to my soul during my down time. I truly love this spot. It’s calm, yet still in an urban area to be close to everything. There is a busy street nearby but the city noises aren’t severe enough to be disruptive in any way. Please enjoy your stay while I'm off working in NYC.
