1 bedroom & private bathroom (with tub & shower) is available in my 1300 square foot condo. The bedroom opens onto the unit's enclosed balcony (shared with me via the dining room). It's pretty private, since there's an office between the available bedroom and my bedroom/bathroom at the back of the apartment.

The place has great amenities: central heat and air, open living and dining rooms, real hardwood floors, a dishwasher, and the enclosed balcony. It's on the 2nd/top floor of a cute, mid-century complex of about 30 units, with on-site/communal laundry room. The place is a pretty chill mix of couples and small families. Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

I'm looking for a woman-identifying roommate--someone with income, trustworthy, and not a huge partier. Ideally a good mix of independent, friendly, and tidy. I’m progressive and LGBTQ-friendly, and any roommate must be as well. 420 is okay, but I prefer no smoking indoors.

Pets: I have 2 cats, so must be a cat lover (or at least, a happy cat accepter). And I'm good about cleanliness with respect to the cats' food & litter. Unfortunately, I can't have any additional pets.

The Neighborhood: Tujunga Village/Woodbridge Park area of Studio City. Close to Toluca Lake, Noho, Burbank, to the east; Sherman Oaks to the west. Very close to the 101, and a short drive to the 405. Easy commute to the east side, Hollywood, Weho.

Parking: street parking only (building doesn’t have any extra carport spaces). Close spots are plentiful (some streets have street-sweeping rules).
