You'll be close to McCarran Park, and it's a short 14min walk to Domino Park on the waterfront. Just one block away from the L and G subway stations.
About This Lister
My name is Scott, I'm in my 30s, a graphic/web designer and developer living in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I love my hood and happy to give advice while you're here within things to do.
I will be traveling during the listed availability time and I'm hoping to find someone wonderful (or a family) to sublet my primary/only home while visiting New York City. I'm not looking to make a business out of this - but I've been a SuperHost and take hospitality seriously, so the home will be clean and welcoming for your arrival.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
I am posting on behalf of the owner/tenantRental requirements
- No more than two guests/people in the apt
- No events, gatherings or parties allowed
- No pets
- 50% upfront payment to block the stay timeframe and the other 50% before arrival.
- There will be a refundable security deposit. You will agree to pay for any damages to the apartment or my things in the apartment
- Four night minimum at $380/night*
- At least one week, rate is $280/night*
