We’re looking to sublet our beloved one-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy while we’re away in France for a month. We genuinely love living here and are hoping to find someone respectful and reliable who will take great care of the space.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small, well-maintained building with friendly, considerate neighbors. It’s bright and comfortable, with access to a balcony that’s perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a coffee. There’s also a shared rooftop in the building.

The apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed and good storage
- Fully equipped kitchen (great if you enjoy cooking)
- Cozy living area with lots of natural light
- Balcony
- Access to shared rooftop
- Washer and dryer in a shared laundry room in the building
- WiFi and utilities included

It's located by the Myrtle-Willoughby stop on the G train (8-min walk), and close to plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and who will treat the apartment with care while we’re away.
