Colorful, fun one bedroom apartment with working wood burning fireplace and terrace (with high top table) available for flexible rental terms around February 15 through April 15. In the fancy part of the UWS. The place has great bones--red brick wall, 15 foot tall ceilings, storage space. Extra long art table (or eating table) I made out of an ikea tabletop. The table is in the main living area but is very studio like---space to pace around. Typical miniature NYC style kitchen and bathroom. The place is likely better aestetically suited to artistic, creative, outdoor people and traveling professionals. Shab chic, clean, not ultra fancy. Uncomplicated. I have fun here making fires,creating art, spending hours in the park or by the river....I am looking for only one tenant/subleaser who is responsible, clean and quiet/mellow/low key. Could be a regularish thing for the right person, or just a one time sublet. Please let me know your preferred move in dates. I can take/send more pics..
