Looking to for a lease takeover for a dream of a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Bushwick at 4,000 a month. Me and my roommates have loved living in this space and are excited to hand it off to another group!

This apartment is railroad style with 2 beds and 2 on-suite bathrooms, a full basement, and backyard access! You would share the backyard with the other first floor neighbors (wonderful people). Separate kitchen with amazing storage, exposed brick, wood flooring, and tin ceilings throughout. The space is HUGE, easily large enough for 3-4 people.

We are looking for someone to take over our full lease on June 1st (our lease technically ends June 15th) with the intention to renew, and are open to someone taking over 2/3rds of the apartment as soon as May 15th depending. We have flexibility here, with us in the process of securing our own new apartments, and we're opening to overlap and making something work.
