I am offering a furnished, 2 bedroom cottage for sublet in Accord, NY.

Each bedroom is furnished with a bed and small desk.

The house sits on a property that is a little over an acre. There are two houses on the property - this one, and its sister house a few yards away. The backyard is very large and very green in the summer.

There is a full kitchen, with an electric stove/oven, full refrigerator, granite counter tops, drop-in sink, and open cabinets.

There is a washer/dryer, a fire pit in the backyard, and a shed for storage.

The neighborhood:
Located in Accord, NY, a two hour drive from NYC. The house is on the cornier of a small road that get's traffic, but is still pretty quiet. There is a grocery market, post office, fire station, local wine shop, and a couple of art galleries located on the road a few minutes away. A supermarket, Walgreens, and restaurants are about a ten minute drive away. Minnewaska State Park, Inness Resort, and breweries, restaurants, and farmer's market are just few minutes drive away.

Things to note:
The house uses a septic system, so only 1 ply toilet paper can be flushed.
The house uses well water.
The rooms upstairs have lower ceilings.
Pets are okay, but I'll need to take out a fee from the security deposit if there is damage to the furniture.
The bathroom has a shower, no tub.

Rent:
2500 for the entire stay of April to June.
$700 a week.
