Cottage Info: hand-hewn beams, lots of sunlight, clawfoot tub w/ shower, woodstove, 5 burner stove, beautiful details (antique carved doors, more), polished concrete floors, radiant heat, organic plaster walls. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, one with a twin (can be made a designated office instead.) Loft area for extra storage.
Rent includes all utilities and fuel. (Usually $3200 all-inclusive but the property is sold and we must vacate by April 1st. Rent prorated for any difference in monthly cost.
Private (tranquil) river access on property, pond, a stream that weaves through the 26-acre property. 10 minutes from New Paltz (in Gardiner) and only 1-1/2 hours from NYC! Enjoy open land and big skies, where you will find balance, inspiration, and dream well. Breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and the Gunks. Elements of this magical Hudson Valley property can be rented month-to-month, at a minimum of a week (if timing allows). A gorgeous horse farm and cliffs just across the road. Rental includes (shared) access to a beautiful light-filled 560 sq ft. yoga studio. "Crescent" is a healing and nourishing oasis.

I have owned and stewarded this amazing property in Gardiner, NY for 25 years. I bought it as a young single mama, and my boys and I have grown together in this nurturing place (that was a wreck when we got it!) We managed to fix it up with family and friends, and settle into a nurturing and inspiring love-fueled life here. I am a community weaver and creative, and have long been an entrepeneur. I have joyously produces, created and directed site-specific theater productions-- and gardens on this beautiful land! I am also a writer, offering Breathwork sessions, retreats and events.
