Very convenient- it takes me 24 min to get to Dimes Square. even less to Williamsburg.
Lots of citi bike docks around.

Apartment is a house- walk up the stoop to enter.
There is a basement apartment so ask that after 11:30pm you stay pretty quite in the first floor. Upstairs noise no one can hear- no restrictions there.
Yard we try to keep the music quiet after 1130pm as well. Conversation is generally fine.
2 x closets will be closed off for my personal items- Rest of the house usable.

Dinner parties are welcomed but house parties aren't.
Ideally you are low key, clean, like to relax, and like to explore the city.

Cost includes internet, all utilities, maid coming 1 time, and water delivery.

Not renting it per day.
