Our home is a beautiful haven with character, centrally located, the perfect base to explore LA. Fabulous location in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods.

2 bedrooms + 1 separate small office room (attached to one of the bedrooms)

Ideal for working from home: 2 working spaces (1 in the office, 1 in the living room), including 1 electric sit-to-stand desk, Steelcase office chair, and ergonomic stool.

We have a lovely outdoor space for hanging out with gorgeous sunsets. Tucked up off the street, it feels like a tree house! Gorgeous views of hills.

Onsite laundry (washer and dryer). TV. Bathtub. Dish washer. Well stocked kitchen: air fryer, Instapot, blender, coffee maker etc.

Both bedrooms have queen beds.

Located on a tree-lined, quiet street, but near everything. We are in Silver Lake, right on the border of Echo Park. 5 min walk to grocery stores (Sprouts and Vons), plus short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, walks around gorgeous homes, two farmer's markets, palm-tree lined streets, amazing sunsets, lake walks, mountain views from our kitchen. A 15 min drive to Hollywood. This is one of Los Angeles most vibrant and beautiful areas of Los Angeles!

Access: there are about 20 steps up to the front door.

Street parking is free and there's always a spot on our block.

We are LGBTQ2S+ welcoming.

We are away a lot, so even if the dates for this time don’t work for you, feel free to contact us about other dates, or just to introduce yourself if you might be interested in future. We also travel a lot to New York, so could be interested in a swap in future.

$3,000 per month or $100 per night. Ideally we’d prefer folks who can stay most of or the whole time.
