The unit has 2+ bedrooms- The 2nd floor has a kitchen and living space with an open floor plan. There is a separate dining/ office/ guest room including a full bath (w/ shower) adjoining. The stairway inside the unit is a spiral staircase to the third floor. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath (w/ tub and shower and laundry closet.
There is access on the 2nd and 3rd floor to the common hallway for easy access to move furniture or the option to have a third floor office/ studio which can be accessed without going through the apartment.
The unit has no parking, but there are several pay lot options nearby for approximately 250 per month.
The tenant pays gas, electric, and internet service.
The unit has central air and gas and electric heat.
There is no elevator in the building.
This is a non-smoking building. There are two additional apartments in the building and two commercial units on the first floor.

My name is Lori(she/ her). My husband David (he/ him) and I purchased and renovated the George C. Arnold building and renovated it with our love of historic and unique spaces. We are both RISD grads and have lived and worked designing and creating spaces in Providence since 1990. We do not live onsite. We live nearby. We will be your direct contact for seeing the property and for all your needs while you are at the apartment.
