I am seeking a tenant for my garden level 2-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The ideal tenant is a single person needing office space, a couple, or couple with a small child.

The apartment is just over the Clinton Hill border between the C at Franklin and the A express at Nostrand. It is also a close walk to the G train at Bedford/Nostrand.

The unit has its own patio w dining table and access to the shared garden, recently re-landscaped with a fire pit.

The first bedroom fits a full or queen size bed, has a closet and two windows with seasonal AC.

The second bedroom is currently set up as an office. This bedroom has a door out to the garden and a window with seasonal AC. This room could also be a bedroom with twin bed (as shown in photo). It also has a closet.

The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower.

The open kitchen living area is huge: 30 feet long and 14 feet wide. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher.

Hardwood floors throughout.

There is laundry in the finished basement that is for you alone. The basement has a huge storage space you can share with me.

This is a family building, I live upstairs in the duplex and am around a lot and hope to have quiet tenants/neighbors that treat the apartment like their own home.

The apartment is available April 1 (could be a week earlier) and is a two year lease in order to lock in the rent. I will consider one year leases but prioritize those who can make the two year commitment.

If it feels like a match, we can chat and I will ask for the items in the "renting requirements" section below in order to process your application. Upon signing the lease agreement I ask for the first month's rent and a month's security.
