THE ROOMS:

-Primary Bedroom (The Plant Room): $120/night. Private ensuite bathroom with deep tub. Incredible sunlight all day long pouring through the jungle of plants. Queen sized mattress w high quality memory foam. This room is a haven and is at the back of the house, so the quieter of the two rooms.

-Second Bedroom (Faux Fireplace): $100/night. Cozy and spacious, with a TV and desk for working and lots of closet space. Queen sized bed, dresser, and apple tv to access all the streamers. Lots of privacy including the use of your own bathroom.

THE PLACE:

2nd Floor walkup of a townhouse in Bedstuy. The space is massive, over 1000 square feet, with really spacious common areas including a dining table, open concept kitchen with island, and a cute balcony. Modern appliances including in unit washer/dryer!!! and a projector for watching movies. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so there's plenty of privacy.

The Neighborhood is amazing. A quiet street in Bedstuy with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great walking, beautiful brownstones, Herbert Von King Park nearby. 5 mins walk to the Gates ave J train, which gets you to manhattan in 20 minutes. The A train at Utica is a 15 minute walk. Bushwick is a 10 minute walk, with all it's shops and parks too.

About This Lister

Hi, I'm Ian (he/him), the lease holder and the person you'll be living with. Im a 42 year old actor/musician/photographer. I'm outgoing and sociable while also being very independent. I'm big on communication and common sense. Down to hang out or let you do your thing if that's what you're after during your stay.

I work from home on weekdays, recording voice over work from my office studio, as well as acting auditions, so I do better living with people who need to be out of the house during work days, as it's harder to record with people around.

I'm not a neat freak, but I keep the place tidy, and I take pride in it feeling welcoming and clean. I ask anyone sharing it to care for it the same way. I want people to feel at home while they're here. This is a queer friendly space, where every shape and size of person is welcome, and bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated.

I don't go out a ton, and if I do it's more often to the theatre than the bar. I don't drink but happy for you to, so feel free.
