This is a studio FURNISHED & EQUIPPED space! It is ideal for urban dwellers who prefer a cute, quiet, private space. The studio is furnished & equipped with an individual central A.C, a closet, a full-size bed, dresser, wardrobe, bookshelves, and desk! The studio is cute and lovely. 200~sfq. Kitchen & Dishwasher. Washing & Dryer machine in the basement. Very accessible. All utility & other details aren't included, unfortunately.

About the house:
The brownstone house is 3 floors. Located on the top floor of a 2 story walk-up.
