5. Statement of Financial Condition (form enclosed), copies of records,
statements or agreements to support this statement, copies of the last three (3)
bank statements
6. Copy of anticipated lease and lead Based forms, window guards form, visual
inspection form, bedbug rider and carbon/smoke forms executed by all
parties.
7. Verification of residence letter from landlord/management as to the length of
time of your residence and payment history
8. Three (3) letters of reference (can not be from relatives) for each occupant 18
years of age or older
9. Photo Identification for each individual 18 years of age or older
10. $350.00 non refundable processing fee made payable to building mgmt company and $50.00 per applicant made payable to Management co
