This beautiful and bright 2-bedroom, one-bathroom furnished apartment in a pre-war walkup condo (3rd floor) with tall ceilings and original details is our beloved home! Enjoy a comfortable and sweet stay with amazing neighbors and lots of light!

Our apartment is located in the street of historic Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, a 4-minute walk from the subway (A/C train, 15 min from Manhattan).

The apartment is very bright, surrounded by trees with a public tennis court right in front of it. It is filled with light, books, and plants.

The living space features a fully equipped open kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, stove, and large fridge complete with all appliances and cooking tools. We also have a Nespresso Machine and coffee-making items.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a beautiful view of nature.

We use the space as a one-bedroom using the second bedroom as our workspace (with high-speed internet included) but if needed for the rental, we can convert the office into a comfortable second bedroom.

High-Speed Wi-Fi. Full bathroom, Laundry room in the basement with 3 washers and 3 dryers (infrequently used by the other great tenants we have the pleasure of sharing the space with).

The neighborhood is excellent, with many local stores within a 5-minute walk ( Milk&Pull Coffe shop, Saraghina Bakery, Saraghina restaurant, Lunatico, Chez Oskar, Grocery stores, Rita&Maria, parks, and more!)

Hi! We're Mariana (she/her) and Rob (he/his), a Brazilian couple living in New York City for many years.


Mariana is a children's book author and Rob is a UX/UI Designer.
We own our apartment and want to rent it while traveling back home.


You will be in direct contact with us, and Rob will give you access and show you the space.

We love our home and live in it when not traveling, so we are looking to rent it to respectful and careful like-minded people!
