From the street, a gated entrance opens to 32 stairs up to the main house. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and half-bath and opens onto a deck in the front yard. The second bedroom has a twin bed and opens onto a patio in the backyard. The living room has large picture windows and a comfortable sofa sleeper. The recently renovated kitchen is spacious with new appliances, cabinets and teak countertops. The full bathroom has a large, two-person bathtub and bidet toilet. The dining room/library opens onto a deck with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and views of surrounding hills.

In the backyard, the studio apartment has a queen loft bed, mini-fridge, toaster oven, 3/4 bathroom and private deck with views. Works well as an office or short-term guest house for family/friends.

Mature trees provide plenty of shade throughout the yard. Ample street parking is available, including a space directly in front of our garage.

The house is our home, not a generic rental property. No indoor smoking. Not suitable for parties, film shoots, loud noise.

All utilities and twice monthly gardening and cleaning services included.
