3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment with 2 other roommates (both 24 year old women who are clean and respectful).

3 min from the M, 5 min from the J, 10 min from the L. Lots of natural light, windows in every room (besides bathroom), balcony access from the living room.

My room has a queen bed, desk, clothing rack, mirror, closet. I will clear out the clothing rack and store my clothes elsewhere so you can use it for your stuff. I also have a brand new AC unit on the way that will be here before you arrive.

We have two cats that my roommate will take care of but they’re really friendly and will definitely want to hangout with you, so liking cats is a must for this situation.

I’m choosing this price because I usually pay between $1500-$1550 after bills so I figure the discount seems reasonable. I’d ideally want someone to take this room the whole time but I’m open to a smaller date range.
