We're opening up our space to be submitted between 06/20-06/30 with possible extension to 07/05.

It is a fully-furnished spacious three bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with high ceilings and natural light all throughout (except for the bathroom). There is central heating that can be controlled with the thermostat near the bathroom. AC is available in the living room. No laundry/dryer in unit but there is a laundromat a couple feet away outside. Wifi available.

We only ask that there are no parties or guests that aren't close friends/family in our space as we will most likely leave everything as is.

It is located in Flatbush with a two minute walk to the 2 train and 15 min walk to the B and Q. There are coffee shops and restaurants all around as well as a live jazz bar a couple blocks away. You also have prospect park which is 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from here (Citi bikes are located downstairs across the street).

* note that this is a four floor walkup with no elevator but not intimidating at all, the stairs aren't steep.

We are three best friends that work together in the music industry sharing this apartment for over a year now which has quickly turned into our home. Walking into this space you can feel that it's been lived in. Although we don't always see them, we have lovely neighbors with Ms.Brown being directly next to us.
We will be showing the apartment to anyone that is interesting in staying here.
