We are opening our light-filled, fully furnished home for the first time. Simple, well-equipped home in a quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful covered porch and high-speed wifi. Many beaches nearby for surfing, snorkeling, swimming and sunning. Two-minute drive/15-minute walk to the nearest beach, 20 minutes to Rincon and to the Aguadilla airport (direct flights to/from NYC).

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have full beds. There is also an outdoor shower (highly recommend!). The living room has large, comfy leather recliners and a TV connected to a Roku bar. There are ceiling fans and wall-mounted split A/Cs in all rooms.

There are two desks, one in the primary bedroom and one in the living room. We work remotely from here regularly with reliable wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including utensils for the charcoal grill. The kitchen backs onto a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Wifi, electricity, water, cooking gas, yard maintenance are all included in monthly price.

The house is on the main road of a residential neighborhood, with several restaurants within walking distance (and many more a short drive away), and multiple supermarkets within 5-10 minutes. You’ll need a car to get around.

We do not list the house on a vacation rental sites because we take excellent care of it and out of respect for our neighbors. The house is well-equipped, and it is also quite simple. We are open to quiet, respectful, attentive renters who appreciate a mellow home and will treat it as your own and be thoughtful of our neighbors.

We are a couple based in Brooklyn and spend as much time as possible in our beloved home in Aguada, an area we have visited for years and recently committed to more fully. Unfortunately, we cannot spend the summer there due to work obligations. We love this home and our neighbors, and are eager for it to be lived in by people looking for an extended stay during the summer months in a simple, well-cared-for home.
