Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished 1-bedroom in the Bowery/Nolita this winter.

Dates are flexible in mid Jan- mid Feb. I can adjust a bit in any direction. My ideal would be 2-3 weeks but I am open to slightly shorter or longer stays.

The apartment is charming and gets great light throughout the day and has:
• An open living area with a pullout couch
• A bright bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen bed
• A full bathroom with a shower/bath
• A balcony overlooking the neighborhood, plus a large back balcony you can use for storage
• Gas stove, fast wifi, and a TV with all the major streamers
• Adjustable (not steam) heat, which makes winter stays easier – plus a good humidifier
• Third-floor walk-up in a small building over a 24-hour bodega
• No in apt laundry but a great laundromat/wash-and-fold across the street

The location is right at the nexus of the Bowery, Nolita, Chinatown, Little Italy, the LES, and Soho, with quick access to Williamsburg. Multiple subway lines (J Z B D F M 6) and Citi Bike stations are nearby, along with restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, bars, boutiques, vintage stores, and Whole Foods two blocks away. It’s a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city – perfect if you want to be in the action but have a cozy place to unwind.

I’m happy to share more info or do a virtual or in-person walkthrough. This is my home and I’m looking for someone who will treat the space with care. Hi! I’m a creative professional working in live entertainment. I live in this apartment full time and am the sole tenant on the lease. I’m subletting short term this winter while I’m in between roles and doing some remote work and travel.

This is my home and I take good care of it. I’ve had several great experiences with past subletters and one very bad one, which is why I’m firm about the security deposit, reference and cleaning requirement. :)

I have a good relationship with my landlord and the other tenants in the building, which is small, well managed and generally quiet. I’ll be the main point of contact and am happy to answer questions or do a virtual or in-person walkthrough.
