Hello! I'm subletting my bedroom in my lovely Williamsburg apartment February 1st - May 31st. I'm looking for a professional, reliable and easygoing woman who is interested in the entire 4 months.

There is a possibility to take over the lease starting June 1st, although my plans are TBD right now for June and beyond. This situation is a good option for someone who is looking for something stable for a while, but flexible in the long-term.

About the room:
-Available Feb 1st - May 31st
-Can come mostly furnished (bed + desk) or unfurnished
-Exposed brick!
-Extremely sunny and bright
-Great size for NYC (10x12ish)
-Large closet
-Can fit a queen bed, dresser, desk, and bookshelf/clothes rack/etc for extra storage
-The room is really beautiful, spacious and cozy at the same time

About the apartment:
-3 bed/1 bath
-Prime location in Williamsburg: right off Bedford Ave and 3-4 blocks from Domino Park, Whole Foods, the Williamsburg Bridge foot path, and countless coffee shops, bars, shopping, etc.
-Third floor of a pre-war walk-up
-Dishwasher
-Laundry in basement
-Fully furnished common space
-Rooftop with beautiful skyline views
-No pets, sorry

The overall vibe of this apartment is quiet, calm, and an oasis from the the city. Occasional guests + visitors are fine with a heads up, but nobody brings the party home here.

I've lived here for 6+ years and have poured a lot of love and soul into this space. I'm ready for a change and will be a bit nomadic while I figure out my next steps - whether I come back to Brooklyn or not, I'd love to find someone who will take care of the space and treat the apartment as their own home.

About you:
-A woman in her late 20s/early 30s
-Extremely clean and considerate of others (Seriously, this is a MUST. If this isn't high on your list of values, it's not gonna work.)
-Appreciates having a calm and beautiful space
-It's great if you're a social butterfly, but again, this isn't an apartment where we bring the party home and you're someone who respects that
-Relatively laid-back and easy to get along with

About This Lister

You'd be living with two sweet, considerate women (mid 20s/early 30s) one of whom works full-time out of the house and one of whom works a hybrid schedule and is remote most days. They both enjoy cooking, exploring the city, and are generally open and sociable (we chit-chat and catch up in the apartment) but have their own things going on.
