As longtime LIC creatives, we built Hunter's Point Studios to be the studio we always wanted: beautiful, functional, and supportive. We manage the space personally and are dedicated to helping our members thrive.

(Flexible 3, 6, or 12-month terms)

Studio 113B (1 Person): Cozy 80 sq ft interior studio. Starts at $450/month

Studio 123 (Up to 3 People): Spacious 160 sq ft studio. (Available Nov 1) Starts at $790/month

Studios 221 & 222 (1 Person): Bright 90 sq ft interior studios. Starts at $525/month
