Hi, we are Shilpa (Female 35), Kate (Female 36), Sara (Female 41) and Simrun (Female 30), four friends who live in a beautiful 5 bedroom brownstone in Clinton Hill. We're building an intentional group of friends who live together in community.

There are two rooms available in the house:
- XL furnished room with private bathroom ($3500/month + bills) available for short term sublet May 1 - Aug 31
- XL unfurnished room with shared bathroom ($3000/month + bills) available long term May 1 onwards

About This Lister

We're four female friends who live in a historic Brownstone in Clinton Hill.

Simrun is a product designer who dabbles in ceramics in her spare time.

Kate is an architect who loves to build things.

Shilpa is a product manager who has a keen eye for well designed spaces.

Sara is a consumer reports expert who loves to craft.

We love to host dinner parties, watch movies in our movie/yoga space, have family dinners on Sunday night, hang out together and give each other space when we need it.
