Located on the southwest corner of 5th Avenue and 14th street, right across from the New School, it is convenient to Union Sq and many trains. The building has 3 elevators and a 24 hr lobby attendant. There are no steps into the building.
It is a two office suite with a spacious waiting room. My office is just over 250 sq feet with a large window. The other office is occupied by a psychoanalyst. The suite is a new build with insulated walls and new floors. We are on the 14th floor facing north.
I have an electric table, so adjustments for height and clients are easy. I also have a full table heating pad and pregnancy cushion system for use. There is ample room for working with clients on the floor, standing and moving.

I’ve been a NYS massage therapist in private practice for 28 years and a Craniosacral therapist for over 25 yrs. I work with babies and children as well as adults.
I hold the lease and will be showing the space.

$500/day of the week (all Thursdays/month, etc). I’m willing to negotiate a bit, if someone wants all 3 available days.
Open days to rent are Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. I’m looking for someone to rent at least 2 days/week.
$500 deposit required.
