Hi, I have a big commercial loft in Dumbo/Navy Yard. It is 800 sq ft total. I am subletting a corner of it to an artist ( he is only there on the weekends) and am hoping to sublet the rest of the space from end of March until... whenever? At least six months if not a full year.

There's WIFI, two large windows, AC/heat, bathrooms with slop sink on the floor. There is a loading bay and roll gates along with freight elevator.

I'm flexible on cost and dates.
