The home has been artistically curated and offers a beautiful massive space a stay in Los Angeles! or anyone looking to spend time at a dream creative space. The home is over 2200 sq ft. with a majestic ceiling 18ft high and in some areas 20ft. With two amazing huge skylights that fill the home with natural and warm light. A pure sense of an artists home. Full kitchen and bathroom with an additional very large spacious loft for tranquility and sound sleep. Very large patio. With private & free parking (rare in LA)
& private entrance.

Note: Recent upgrades to areas of living and bedroom!! Bedroom-has been completely redone with wooden floors and emptied out for ample space and relaxation.

For those artists who want to take advantage of creating (personal projects) only. I welcome Photographers, illustrators, painters etc. and anyone else interested this holiday season.
