Our stunning cedar-strip canoe equipped with electric motor, "Whisper", is also available and negotiable with the sale. We used her to cut through Lake Union to get close to the action at GasWorks, tie up at I <3 Sushi for dinner, or cruise over to Agua Verde for some margaritas on the water :)
Though, honestly, it's pretty hard to beat the views and food from Seaweed's roof deck, especially in the summer when the grill is going!

Pets and rentals are allowed in this slip, but you're probably going to want to keep it for yourself :)

We've done a lot of updates over the last couple of years, including a recent haul out, freshly sealed hull, and fully replaced roof.

Current moorage for the full private dock (80') for two vessels is $3500/mo, which includes live-aboard fees.

We're asking $450,000 for her and hope the right buyer will enjoy her as much as we have. It's really been some of the best years of our lives.
