This sunny little condo is located in Waialua, a true up-and-coming gem on the gorgeous North Shore of Oahu.

Beach access is just a stone's throw away — right across the street. Swim with turtles, snorkel, surf, lay out, search for shells — whatever your heart desires — and be back in your condo in minutes.

The condo is located on the 4th floor with an ocean-view balcony. There is one bedroom, bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen with brand new dishwasher and refrigerator, and living room with work-from-home desk area set up.

A covered parking stall is included as well as rooftop access, which makes for incredible sunset views — you can see both the ocean and mountainside.

This apartment has a lot of recent upgrades such as fresh paint on the walls, a new backlit bathroom mirror, new kitchen appliances, and custom-made headboard.

It comes fully furnished, but there's still enough space to add your own flair. It's also stocked with Caraway pans, super soft Cozy Earth towels, a new Purple mattress, cooling Buffy sheets, and a Samsung Frame TV (if you care about that kind of thing.)

I first visited Hawai'i because I found a month-long rental on Listings Project, and I absolutely fell in love with Oahu. I kept extending my stay and eventually moved here permanently from Brooklyn.

I also live on the North Shore, so I'm available, if needed. I can make plenty of recs for delicious coffee shops, favorite beaches, etc.
